When creating a hair curl for a hetalia wig get a piece of thin wire and shape it. Use wig hair to wrap around the curl making a curl or ahodge that stands up the whole day  |

The cursed England eyebrows can be added to the face in many ways. The two best ways though are to draw on the eyebrows (preferably making one large thick eyebrow ragther than lots of lines like in the show) or wearing really thick bushy fake eyebrows.
