Chest binding methods:
Some chest binding methods are quite dangerous and should not be used for long periods of time. From experience chest binding can be quite difficult to get right.
Here are some methods that are kinda cheap and aren't too alkward.

Ace bandages: ace bandages are cheap and can be wrapped around the chest to create the appearance of a flat chest. The bandages need to be secure and start wrapping from under the armpit. It's the safest and most secure place to start. Make sure when you wrap your bandages not to wrap them too tight they can make it hard to breathe. If it hurts redo the bandages it's not worth the pain. Also the bandages can come loose so you have to be careful not to let them Redoing the bandages every now and again can be alkward but the method does work.

The double sports bra trick: two sports bras can create a lifting and flat chested appearance. The first should be put on normally and the second back to front lifting the breasts to create a masculine look. It's not painful at all but a little more expensive.

Compresion shirts and binders: binders specifically made for chest binding and compression shirts are some of the best ways to chest bind. They are comfortable and do not have to be adjusted compression shirts are useful for open shirt characters such as luffy as a skin tone coloured shirt can be brought and decorated. They can be a little on the expensive side though. Binders are normally a fair bit cheaper and can be used in the same way.

Never use duct tape I have seen people all over the internet use it. It does not let the skin breathe and can cause breathing problems it's uncomfortable and damages your skin. It's really not worth using. If tape is to be used find a medical or at least breathable tape
